Pecan Square by Hillwood was designed to make life better. At the heart of that plan is a co-working space designed to make working from home, or running a home-based business, a little more convenient.
As we’ve all learned recently, working from home can have ups and downs. Whether your toddler has a tendency in interrupt your video conferences, or the dogs are going nuts because there’s a squirrel in the back yard, sometimes you need an office away from your home office. The new co-working space inside the Greeting House can provide just the sort of atmosphere you need to meet with a client, have an interruption-free video chat, or simply a quiet booth to do some creative thinking.
The construction team is hard at work finishing out this beautiful space with grand opening only a few months away. As they complete the finish out of this 7,000+ square foot amenity, we thought you’d like a quick glimpse of what the Greeting House has to offer current, and future residents.
Features:
- Community Host – a full-time hospitality host to greet future residents and their Realtors, or to help residents find their way around.
- Co-Working Space – more than 2,000-square-feet are dedicated in two levels for residents to grab a beverage and get to work. From a quiet booth upstairs to have a video conference, to flexible seating options up and down stairs, to a glass-enclosed conference room you can reserve; the co-working space is a unique, one-of-a-kind amenity. Copy/print service will also be available.
- Craft and Community Room – behind the Community Host’s greeting space is a large craft room where residents can spread out to wrap a package or work on a project. In addition, there will be a community wall for residents, and businesses from the surrounding community, can share their business cards or flyers to promote their services.
- HOA Offices – Your full-time, on-site home owners association General Manager, and Lifestyle Manager, are officed upstairs. They are there to lend a hand and make sure Pecan Square is the stellar new home community you envisioned.
