I am Mark Pacheco, your new General Manager. My background is in hospitality……hotels to be exact. After 20 years in the hotel business, I moved into Association management. I have been with FirstService Residential for over 10 years. I manage communities the way I managed hotels….. Service first….take care of the residents. I will manage the business side of your association with the intent of being cost effective, creative, conscientious, and conservative.
In my world, service is not just about serving the residents of Pecan Square. I have been a Scout Master in Denton for over 11 years. I am also the Advancement Chair for the District….. that means that every Scout working toward their Eagle designation gets approval of their project through me and my team. I have found this to be so rewarding…. I truly enjoy helping young people watching them achieve their goals. I hope you get a chance to meet my family. My wife, Beth, is a newly licensed real estate agent. My daughter Sarah serves in the US Navy. My son Maxwell is a junior at Texas Tech University.
I consider it a privilege to serve you all at Pecan Square. I look forward to getting to know you all.
Christopher Gruber
Chris Gruber majored in Hospitality Management at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Chris has been employed with FirstService Residential for four years formerly as Regional Director of Management, managing up to 107 employees for the Pool/Event Ambassadors and Security Officer program. He was awarded FirstService Residential Top Manager for 2019 and 2020. Prior to his roles at FirstService, Chris served as the Floor Manager at Pappas Restaurants for three years.
Chris has been happily married to Sasha for 5 years. In his spare time, Chris loves gaming, traveling and trying new restaurants. Chris and Sasha have two fur pups, Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s, Bella and Wendy.
Chris has a focus in servant leadership and looks forward to working with residents to continue to build a strong sense of community within Pecan Square.
Razeena Sanchez
Razeena Sanchez is the Lifestyle Manager with a passion for marketing, social media and event planning. Razeena did her Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. She comes with 5 years of marketing and event planning experience.
Razeena has been with Pecan Square since October 2020 and has loved seeing the community grow – resident wise and with the development of Pecan Square!
Razeena has been happily married to Jose for 3 years. In her spare time, Razeena is traveling, eating or shopping with her mother. If you don’t find Razeena at Pecan Square, you will most likely find her at the closest Chick Fil A enjoying a fresh coca cola! Razeena is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. She is here to make sure you all are taken care of and have a blast at the Pecan Square events.
Heather Swartwood
I’m Heather Swartwood, your new Greeting House Manager at Pecan Square. I was born and raised in Denton, TX and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in Psychology and Business Management.
My background is in the insurance and title industry so I’m very familiar with the closing process for new and existing homebuyers. I consider it a pleasure to celebrate one of your life’s biggest purchases!
In my spare time, I like to listen to live music, travel, play pickleball, spend time with family and friends, be out on the lake, try new restaurants and photography.
I look forward to learning from the residents and sharing my skills and experiences with them. Together, we can do it all!

HOA Dues
All rear entry lots (40’ and 70’) includes front yard maintenance.
Pecan Square’s HOA dues are payable semiannually, on February 1 and August 1, and vary based on your home’s lot size and location within the community. For the most current information, please visit www.pecansquarehoa.com and contact the HOA office directly.
