Who are the Pecan Square builders?

Pecan Square partners with DFW’s best new construction builders to offer homes in a variety of styles and sizes. Current builders include Ashton Woods, Coventry Homes, D.R. Horton, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes and Pulte Homes. How many new homes are available and what is the price range?

At complete build out, Pecan Square will have 3,100 home sites within our 1,200-acre community. Availability and pricing is constantly changing so we encourage homebuyers to visit the homefinder tool on our website for the latest status of quick move-in homes and lots to build on.

What amenities does Pecan Square by Hillwood offer?

Current available amenities include:

  • Jackson Hall – our beautiful gathering space for the community to meet for events and engage in some friendly competition in the game room or relax by the 2 resort-style pools and splash pad
  • Fitness Center – located in the east wing of Jackson Hall it offers plenty of cardio and strength options for the fitness minded
  • The Lawn – a wide-open green space where residents enjoy the fresh air for fitness classes, picnics, frisbee toss, and more
  • The Greeting House – home to a co-working space where residents can enjoy an office away from the office with Wi-Fi, work spaces, cozy nooks, a conference room, printing/copying capabilities, and a self-service snack station
  • Post & Parcel – the mail room with secure Amazon lockers, so residents don’t have to worry about packages sitting on the porch all day

What school district is Pecan Square in?

Will there be any on-site schools?

Yes, Pecan Square’s is home to Northwest ISD’s Johnie Daniel Elementary School. A middle school and high school with a stadium complex are also planned to be located in the community in the future. Learn more on the schools page of our website.

What types of events happen onsite?

Will there be commercial component?

Yes. The future plan for Pecan Square includes neighborhood retail shops and restaurants.

What is a MMD?

A municipal management district, or MMD, is a special district created by the State of Texas to finance facilities not provided by a municipality. Having a MMD at Pecan Square provides not only for the financing of infrastructure such as water, sewer, drainage, and roads; it also funds the maintenance and operations cost of right of way landscape within the property.

What are the HOA dues?
